  • Applied to those who entered at or between ports of entry on or after November 19, 2019
  • ICE counsel conceded Honduras cap has been reached, rescinding motions in some cases.

  • ICE motions for pretermission asserting multiple agreements
  • Regs direct Immigration Judges to order removal in the alternative if multiple agreements are raised
