In the field of Individual Immigration, Christopher has guided individuals in the optimal manner in which to obtain permanent residency, citizenship and both immigrant and non-immigrant visas.
Christopher often represents individuals before the Immigration Court in assuring their rights are fully protected while in removal/deportation proceedings. He has assisted hundreds of clients obtain waivers of various immigration violations including overstayed visas, or illegal entries based on their family ties in the United States.
Given his many years of practice, Christopher is also especially sensitive to persons who are escaping dangerous situations and applying for asylum or refugee status.
Christopher has recently formed a new partnership and is a partner in the firm of Kurczaba & Brozek Law Offices LLC with two offices in Chicago.
Christopher has been involved in many community organizations that were charged with promoting cultural and ethnic relations in the United States.Christopher is a graduate of Loyola University Law School and Northwestern University.
Christopher is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association (a national association of over 13,500 attorneys and law professors who promote the interests of immigration in the United States.)
As a third generation polish American, Chris was raised to understand the plight of those seeking legal status here in America and the importance of family unification. He understands the unique opportunities afforded here in the U.S. and the importance of preserving cultures of homelands while creating new acculturated traditions.
