Ewa Brozek is a partner at Kurczaba & Brozek Law Offices, LLC. She is an attorney dedicated solely to the practice of Immigration Law. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ewa had been working as an immigration paralegal at Kurczaba Law Offices, P.C., where for over nineteen years she has been gaining valuable experience in the immigration field.

Ewa has been providing the highest quality legal services to individuals, families, and employers in need of immigration assistance.

She started her legal career in 2004. Being an immigrant herself, who underwent complex processes on her path to citizenship, she understands how important legalization of status for new immigrants is.

Ewa has both theoretical and practical knowledge in processing various immigration cases including family and employment-based immigration, citizenship, waivers, as well as various nonimmigrant visas including H1B, P-1, P-3, 0-1, L-1, R1.

With her passion for law and fluency in Polish, Ewa assists immigrants helping to obtain their legal status in the United States. Ewa is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer Association (a national association of over 13,500 attorneys and law professors who practice and teach immigration law).

Ewa is licensed in New York with the ability to represent clients in immigration related matters in all U.S. states.
